Elisabeth de Jesus Oliveira Brito has a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra, a MSc and a BSc in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra and a Postgraduate Course in Total Quality Management in Services, at the Polytechnic University of Cataluña.
She is an assistant professor at ESTGA – School of Technology and Management, University of Aveiro, and presently, she is coordinator of Quality Management Degree. She lectures about organizational behavior, organizational change and services quality management, at undergraduate and graduate levels.
In the present, she is a researcher at GOVCOPP – Research Unit in Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies. Her main topics of research are knowledge management, quality management, service quality and customer satisfaction, local public administration.
She published book chapters, as well as several academic papers that were published in national and international journals.
