Daniel holds a PhD in Public Administration and Government from EAESP-FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). He was a Visiting Scholar and Fulbright Fellow at the School of International & Public Affairs at Columbia University in the City of New York, in 2014-2015.
Daniel is a researcher in public administration and public policy and has lectured courses with Oficina Municipal, Instituto Fernando Henrique Cardoso (iFHC) and FECAP. He is also a member of the Uniethos Specialists Network.
Topics of research interest include governmental elites, senior civil servants, public leadership, public administration, public governance, bureaucratic politics, public policy implementation and others.
