Mohammadreza Nematollahi is a postdoctoral researcher in physics and materials science at the University of Twente. Since February 2017, he joined the industrial focus group XUV optics at the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology of the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Before that, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the physics department of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway, where he received his PhD in physics in October 2010. He holds a M.Sc. degree in physics from Sharif University of Technology, in Tehran.
His general research area lie in materials physics, optical and semiconductor materials, physics of surfaces and interfaces, EUV optics, and piezoelectric MEMS actuators. He has extensive research experience in thin film fabrication and metrology, laser material interaction, and fabrication and testing of solar cells.
