Biography

Doctoral, Masters and Bachelor’s degrees. Experience and competence in university teaching, curriculum development and administration; research and data analysis and management consultancy services. Research Interests: Within OB/HRM, my current research paradigm and supervision interest fo-cusses on four streams: (1) Managing unethical work practices; (2) Employee health, wellbeing and work-life balance; (3) Employee engagement and commitment; and (4) Career behaviour in Higher Education, including students’ part-time work and employability. Expertise and Research Approach: I use mixed methodology and have published using both qualitative and quantitative approaches although more strongly aligned with the later.
