Professor Hafiz T.A. Khan is Professor of Public Health at University of West London, UK. He is a Chartered Statistician of the Royal Statistical Society and is also an associate research fellow at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing, The University of Oxford, UK. He has over 25 years of teaching and research experience in public health, statistics, demography and gerontology. He trained as a statistical demographer at University of Oxford and has particular research interests in modelling ageing in Asia and its long-term care and support provisions. Most recently, he has conducted research on The Global Ageing Surveys (GLAS) at the University of Oxford and has published articles on various issues of global ageing and health. He has coauthored two books on Research Methods for Business and Social Science, 2007 & 2014, Sage.
