Pablo J Quintana-Barcia



Pablo Quintana (S’13) was born in Tapia de Casariego, Spain, in 1987. He received the M.Sc degree in electrical engineering from University of Oviedo (Spain) in July 2011 and he has been working toward the Ph.D. in the CE3I2 research group since September 2011. He is also a Lecturer at the Electrical and Electronics Department of the University of Oviedo. His research interests include power factor correction topologies, electronic ballasts, power converter modeling, integration of renewable energies and lighting systems connected to the ac grid or to islanded microgrids and harmonics correction.
