Dirk W Lachenmeier is Certified Food Chemist and Head of the Alcohol Laboratory at the Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Laboratory (CVUA) of Karlsruhe. He holds a doctorate in Forensic Toxicology from the University of Bonn.
