Christian Kowalkowski is Associate Professor of Industrial Marketing at Linköping University, Sweden, and Assistant Professor of Marketing at Hanken School of Economics, Finland. He obtained his PhD in 2008 from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University in Sweden and he was appointed as docent in 2011.
His current research is concerned with B2B service growth strategies, dynamics of value propositions, service innovation, solutions marketing, and value-creation strategies.
He serves as an Associate Editor of Journal of Services Marketing, the Expert Research Panel Chair on Servitization of Journal of Service Management, and an Editorial Board Member of Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, and Journal of Service Research.
He has published in journals such as European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, and Journal of Service Management.
