Biography
Hamid A. Jalab received his Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering from University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq, M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer System from Odessa National Polytechnic University. He is currently a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology in University of Malaya, Malaysia. His areas of research interest are signal and digital image processing, wavelets, neural networks and image retrieval. His research work has been published in several international journals and conference publications.
