Biography

Sara Keronen got her master's degree in Adult Education 2018 from Faculty of Education and Psychology University of Jyväskylä. At the moment, Keronen is working on her doctoral dissertation and she is employed as project researcher in the Department of Education in the area of learning and wellbeing at work. In her PhD Keronen studies self-determination in learning at work. In addition, she has also worked in human resources services at the University of Eastern Finland and as education coordinator at the University of Jyväskylä.
