I’m an Assistant professor at the School of Communication, Architecture, Arts and Information Technologies, at the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies in Lisbon and in the Superior School of Arts and Technology of Lisbon.
Previously worked as a digital designer for the digital agency Tribal DDB Lisbon and other European agencies in the same group (Tribal DDB Amsterdam, Milan, London, Paris). I worked with brands such as Volkswagen, Nike, Johnson & Johnson, Unicef, CGD, Henkel, Millenium BCP, Guardian Newspapers, Pfizer, Ziggo, Albero, Phillips, Neutrogena, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Also worked as a Research Fellowship at the University of Beira Interior studying the importance of design for online learning and the new features of digital design.
In recent years I dedicated myself to my Ph.D. and studied the new forms of designing for Augmented Reality (making prototypes and testing them) and its impact in children’s education. I finished my Ph.D. Thesis in June/2015 in the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. In 2017 i founded Voxelscope, a platform to easily create, programmatically advertise with data, and in-depth analyze VR experiences.
