Elizabeth Sanderson

I am a Research Fellow in the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research where I am a member of both the housing and the data and policy teams. I have worked across a variety of research and evaluation projects for numerous clients including charities, housing providers, councils and government organisations. I am currently involved in the evaluation of the Big Lottery's Talent Match programme where I am leading on the Common Data Framework (CDF) element of the project. The CDF seeks to monitor beneficiaries longitudinally and forms a key part of a wider evaluation designed to track the success of the programme and to identify what works well, for whom and in what circumstances. I am also leading the participant data strand of the evaluation of Groundwork UK's Green Leaders programme, a youth-led environmental programme designed to provide disadvantaged young people with a stepping stone to future employment. Most of my experience has utilised quantitative techniques although I also have experience using qualitative methods. I am also currently in the process of undertaking a PhD exploring youth marginalisation and youth transitions in the current context.
