I got both my Engineers' and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering in 2005, and my PhD degree in Systems and Control Theory in 2008, all from the Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble, France). I then joined the ACCESS Linnaeus Centre in the Division of Optimization and Systems Theory of the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH, Stockholm, Sweden) for a two-year postdoctoral position (2009/2011). I am currently holding a postdoctoral position at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich, in the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering, where I am (theoretically) working on theoretical problems arising from systems and synthetic biology.
