Khadijah Irfah Ismail



I am currently a clinical tutor with the Graduate Entry Medical School (GEMS), University of Limerick and a PhD student. I am a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. My current research project is on abnormal placental cord insertion and its associated adverse outcomes. The aim of my research is to examine the role of abnormal placental cord insertion as a marker to predict an increased risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
