nanotechnology, water treatment, geochemistry

From 2012, I have participated as a professor in department of civil engineering at University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Over 10 years, I have conducted a variety of researches related to water treatment at Korea Mine Reclamation Corporation (MIRECO) in South Korea, as well as at Pennsylvania State University and University of Wisconsin-Madison in USA. The previous projects that I intended to pursue have involved environmental nanotechnologies, development of water treatment process and geochemistry etc. Currently, I am trying to extend the former experiences to develop nano-materials, economically and simply synthesized, for treating organic- and inorganic toxic pollutants.
