Biography

My work is focused on understanding the impact of stress on health, wellbeing and performance, in individuals and organisations. The biopsychosocial approach we take to understanding how stress impacts health and performance, has been utilised by professional athletes, sports teams, businesses, education and the military. I enjoy sharing my work with diverse audiences including appearing in at a number of public engagement events, such as the British Science Festival and the Cheltenham Science Festival.
