Biography

Graduated in Biological Sciences by the “Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho“ (1991), Master in Functional and Molecular Biology by State University of Campinas (1994) and Ph.D. in Relation Pathogen Host Institute São Paulo University (2000) and post doctorate in biology host pathogen relationship of the Mediterranee University, Marseille France (2001-2002). Established at FIOCRUZ-ILMD as researcher. I’ve experience in immunology, with emphasis on Cell Receptors, monoclonal antibodies, molecular biology and gene cloning for expression of recombinant antigens. My work is related to pathophysiology and immunology in malaria, developing recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies and labeled antibody techniques.
