Biography

I am a Doctor of Engineering - Energy Systems from the Department of Processes and Energy, 'Universidad Nacional de Colombia', Master and Bachelor in Agro-Industrial Engineering, Guest researcher at the Engineering and Technology Institute of Groningen -ENTEG.

My research includes thermochemical processes, kinetics, modeling, and transformation of raw materials and wastes from agro-industrial and food processes, extraction of natural products (secondary metabolites from vegetable species), QMS, knowledge, and experience in HPLC, GC-MS, DSC, TGA, FTIR, instrumental analysis. Also, I have experience in the formulation, coordination, and evaluation of projects and creating organizations and new companies, which was the fundamental objective of my bachelor formation and experience in private companies.

I am enthusiastic about collaborative and interdisciplinary environments where the focus is on excellent communication, learning, organization, and analysis skills. I am passionate about exploring sustainable solutions, and I am interested in participating in science and innovation projects with an interdisciplinary nature focusing on entrepreneurship to develop new businesses.
