Katharine Hayhoe is director of the Climate Science Center and associate professor in the Dept of Political Science at Texas Tech University. Her areas of expertise include high-resolution climate projections, climate model evaluation, downscaling, and impact assessment. She has a B.Sc. in physics and astronomy from the University of Toronto and an M.S. and Ph.D. in atmospheric science from the University of Illinois.
