Lech Madeyski received the PhD and Habilitation (DSc) degrees in computer science from the Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland, in 1999 and 2011 respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland. His research focus is on empirical, quantitative research methods in the field of software engineering (Empirical Software Engineering) as well as predictive modeling, machine learning and search based approaches to software engineering. He is one of the founders of the International Conference on Evaluation of Novel Approaches to Software Engineering (ENASE). He is the author of a book on empirical evaluation (via statistical analyses & meta-analyses) of Test-Driven Development (http://www.springer.com/978-3-642-04287-4) by Springer, as well as research papers published by IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, Information and Software Technology, Software Quality Journal, IET Software and Software Process: Improvement and Practice journals. He is a member of the ACM and IEEE.
