Sergey Konovalov



Sergey Konovalov (born January 14, 1976) is a head of Department of metals technology and aviation materials, Samara National Research University (Samara, Russia). He is graduated from the National Research Tomsk State University with a BA and MA in solid state physics in 1998 and he received his Ph.D. in 2002 and his Doctoral Degree in 2013 from the Siberian State Industrial University, Russia (Solid State Physics). He is an outstanding Russian specialist in material science and solid state physics of external energy influences. Professor Konovalov is a Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Academician of Russian Academy of natural sciences, Member of the Russian Nanotechnology Society, Senior member of the International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology, Member of International Association of Engineers). He is an author of over 200 published scientific papers, patents, books and monographs.
