Biography
Asal Niaraees was born in 1995 in Isfahan, Iran. She was graduated in Health Services Management (MSc degree in 2020 and bachelor's degree in 2017) from Isfahan university of medical science and top student in both. From 2020 she was an employee of the quality improvement department and a member of the research council at Issa-ben-Maryam hospital and Dr. Beheshti hospital. Her MSc dissertation was about the feasibility of hospital-based palliative care in a referral hospital. She is also working on some research topics including palliative care, elderly care, human resource management, etc.
