Biography

Abbasali Ghorban Sabbagh was born in Quchan, Iran, in 1979. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees all in electrical engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Mashhad, Iran in 2001, 2004 and 2013 respectively. In 2016 he joined Quchan University of Technology (QUT), Quchan, Iran, and he is currently working as an assistant professor in QUT.
From May to September 2011, he was a member of the Optical Networks Research Laboratory (ONRL) at Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. His research interests include optical CDMA, underwater optical communications, visible light communications, and free space optical communications.
