My name is Mohammad Javad (Kian) Hesam, and I am based in Muscat, Oman. I hold a degree in Business Administration from Coventry University, in partnership with Middle East College. Currently, I'm a research assistant, and Journal reviewer at Middle East College. My professional background includes serving as a Business Developer for organizations such as Colorful Muscat Trading LLC and Royal Stars LLC.
My academic and professional interests encompass areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, business environments, customer behavior, project management, Agile methodology, Scrum, business development, business data analysis, artificial intelligence, and the future of markets along with their influencing factors. I have garnered valuable experience across various organizations and industries, which has further honed my skills and broadened my perspective.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am passionate about music, playing both the piano and guitar. I also enjoy exploring diverse cuisines, social and environmental cultures, swimming, and walking.
