Biography

I was born in Lamongan, October 29, 1996. Currently, I live in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia. I received the title of Bachelor of Economics (S.E.) in 2019 and a Master of Management (M.M.) in 2021 in the field of Human Resources Management from Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia. Since the beginning of 2022, I have been pursuing a Doctor of Industrial Engineering education program, in the field of Human Factors and Occupational Safety & Health Engineering, at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. I specialize in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health & Safety. I am a young lecturer and researcher at Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
