Biography

Possui graduação em Enfermagem pela Universidade Católica de Goiás (1987) e Especialização em: Saúde Pública pela Universidade de São Paulo - Brasil (USP), Psicodrama - Foco Sócio-Educativo pela Associação Brasileira de Psicodrama e Sociodrama (ABPS), Ativação em Processos de Mudança na Formação Superior dos Profissionais da Saúde pelo Ministério da Saúde e Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública e Curso de Pedagogia Universitária (USP). Tem mestrado, doutorado e Livre-Docência pela USP. É professora Titular do Departamento de Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica da Escola de Enfermagem da Universidade de São Paulo (EEUSP). Tem experiência na área de ensino de Enfermagem e na assistência de Enfermagem na Saúde do Adulto e do Idoso. Desenvolve pesquisas relacionadas à educação em Enfermagem, a programas educativos voltados às doenças crônicas e à prática baseada em evidências. É chefe do Departamento de Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica da EEUSP. É Diretora do Centro Brasileiro para o Cuidado à Saúde Baseado em Evidências: Centro de Excelência do JBI (JBI Brasil), sediado na EEUSP. É coordenadora e instrutora do JBI Evidence-Based Clinical Fellowship Program (Curso de Implementação de Evidências em Saúde) e do Comprehensive Systematic Review Training Program (Curso Revisão Sistemática da Literatura). É Membro da Implementation Science and Synthesis Network of the Americas (ISSNA). É Presidente da Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem – Seção São Paulo (ABEn-SP), Gestão 2020-2022. É coordenadora da Red Iberoamericana de Investigación en Educación en Enfermería (RIIEE), no Brasil, e membro do grupo coordenador. É orientadora de mestrado e doutorado no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem na Saúde do Adulto (PROESA) da EEUSP (Nota 7 CAPES) e supervisora de pós-doutorado.
