Biography

Sarah (Yi-Chin) Wu, Ph.D. is an Assistant Director of Assessment at Georgia Institute of Technology. With a strong background in social psychology and more than 10 years of higher education experience at large research universities, Dr. Wu provides her leadership and oversight of the Instituteā€™s academic and non-academic assessment processes and those related to the development, analyses, and reporting of qualitative data and institutional-wide quantitative data. She regularly engages on topics related to assessment integration, culture of assessment, faculty professional development, and student engagement at a range of assessment-related conferences. She holds a B.S. in Social Psychology from Shih Hsin University, M. Ed. in Learning and Instruction from National Central University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Florida State University.
