Biography

Ph.D. in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (2007) with equivalence in Industrial Management obtained from the University of Aveiro, Portugal (2019). Holds a Master's in Business Administration (1993) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (1987) from the Pontifical Catholic University. Currently serving as a Ph.D. Researcher at the University of Aveiro, contributing to the TFA Research Project (TheoFramwork Accountability).

An accomplished author, with publications including papers, books, and book chapters in the field of sustainability. Experienced in leading research projects funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPQ) and Mackenzie University. Regularly presents findings at national and international conferences, notably the Academy of Management Meeting.

Serves as an ad hoc consultant for the Ministry of Education, evaluating courses in Business Management and Bachelor's degree programs. Additionally, holds positions as a Professor, teaching Marketing, Strategic Planning, Social Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability disciplines.

Brings over 20 years of experience in multinational companies, specializing in Textiles and Petrochemicals, with extensive international management experience. Passionate about business research, particularly focusing on Strategy, Innovation, Social Responsibility, and Sustainability.
