Biography

Fernando Lessa Tofoli received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia, Uberlândia, Brazil, in 1999, 2002, and 2005, respectively.
Currently, he is a Professor with the Federal University of São João del-Rei, São João del-Rei, Brazil. His research interests include non-isolated high step-up dc-dc converters, converter topologies, and applications involving photovoltaic solar energy.
