Biography

Matija Milosevic is the Director of Neuromotor Rehabilitation for The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis & an Assistant Professor at the University of Miami. From 2018-2023, he was an Assistant Professor in Osaka University (Japan). Prior to that, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Tokyo (Japan). He received the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Toronto (Canada) in 2015. His research interests include biomedical engineering, biomechanics, neurophysiology, neural systems, neuroprostheses, neural modeling, biomedical signal processing and rehabilitation engineering.
