Julie Goldman, BS, MLIS, is the Countway Research Data Services Librarian, Harvard Library. This position is a dual role involving program development activities and providing data-related services directly to researchers. Julie collaborates with members of the Harvard Library community to help build a new data services program. At Countway Library, Julie provides data related training and support for Longwood Medical Area students and researchers. Julie promotes open science, reproducible workflows, and is interested in broadening scientific communication.
Julie is also the Managing Editor for the Journal of e-Science Librarianship (http://escholarship.umassmed.edu/jeslib).
Julie is a New England native, and earned her Masters in Library and Information Science from Simmons College and a Bachelor's of Science in Marine Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
