Biography

PhD in genetics from the Postgraduate Program in Genetics and Molecular Biology of the Federal University of Pernambuco, knowledge in the production of heterologous proteins and prophylactic vaccines using Pichia pastoris as a vaccine model against SARS-CoV-2. Experience in Genetics of Microorganisms, Molecular Biology, Virology, Immunology and use of recombinant DNA technology aimed at the expression of viral antigens, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Antonio Carlos de Freitas. Master in Applied Cellular and Molecular Biology graduated from the University of Pernambuco, with knowledge in the analysis and search for polymorphisms associated with the development of cancer in patients with leukemia. Biologist Microbiologist graduated from the National University of Trujillo, specialized in the control of banana pests (Mussa spp.) and in the isolation and production of entomopathogenic fungi for agricultural purposes. Other knowledge: Water and Food Quality Control, quality control in the Fishing sector of raw and finished products (Engraulis ringens), knowledge in HEALTH BIOSECURITY, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 26000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, GLOBALGAP (EUREPGAP), OSHAS 18001.
