Biography

Dr. Shuran Liu is a Senior Technical Consultant at the Power Consulting, Hitachi Energy (China) Ltd. He completed his PhD studies in Electrical Power System Engineering at the University of Manchester, UK. He has published 30+ papers in various journals and conferences, and serves as a senior member for CSEE and IEEE PES T&D Technical Committee (China). His research interests & project experience include integrated energy system, pumped storage, virtual power plant and power system planning etc.
