Biography

As a Postdoctoral Scientist at A*STAR, I apply my PhD in Bioinformatics and my expertise in single cell sequencing to explore the molecular mechanisms of disease. I have over six years of experience in coding, developing, and applying bioinformatics tools and machine learning methods to various fields, such as cancer, neuroscience, and epigenomics.

I am passionate about computer science and its applications to biological problems. I have published multiple papers in prestigious journals, such as Nature Comms, where I created a novel pipeline to drive informed RNA-seq clustering. I enjoy working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, where I can learn from and contribute to the advancement of science and medicine.
