Biography

Dr. Md. Ferdous Rahman is currently working as an Associate Professor to the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at the Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur-5400, Bangladesh. He received his PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2021, from the University of Rajshahi-6205, Bangladesh. His present work largely focuses on Materials Characterizations, Nano Materials, Thin-films and Nanotechnology, Optoelectronics and Photonics, Photovoltaic, and Solar cells.
