I obtained the Biology Degree, Genetic and Cellular Biology speciality in 2008 at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, then, I studied an MSc of Genetics also at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I finished my PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedicine and Biotechnology in 2013 at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I continued the research work in the same laboratory for two more years as a postdoctoral researcher. During this stay at the Hospital Gregorio Marañon de Madrid, 7 articles as a first author have been published, and I was participated with the Royal Society of Chemistry writing two book chapters.
I am currently working at the Carlos II Health Institute, in the Cell Biotechnology laboratory of the Rare Diseases Research Institute. I joined this group two years ago, through a Juan de la Cierva work contract from MINECO. I currently submit an article to Cancer Immunology Immunotherapy and another one to Cancer Research (as a first author), which include results obtained during these last two years. In addition, as a result of the work of recent years, our group have sent a patent for processing, under the title "Combination product comprising a modified mesenchymal stem cell and an antigenic substance".
