Biography

I am an experimentalist working on particle physics & nuclear physics. I am working with the BESIII, Belle/Belle II and PANDA experiments. My expertise is studying exotic hadron state, XYZ particles, charmonium and charmonium-like particles. In 2013, I discovered a new particle Zc(3900) both at the BESIII experiment and the Belle experiment. Zc(3900) is the first convincing particle to have at least four-quarks inside, which shed light on new forms of hadronic matter in our universe. The Physics journal of American Physical Society also highlighted this discovery as "Top One" big event in the physics field of that year (http://physics.aps.org/articles/v6/139).
