Biography

Guilherme Lawless received his MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), Portugal, in 2016. He is now a Ph.D. Student at IST, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal, and a researcher at the Institute for Systems and Robotics, under the supervision of Pedro U. Lima. His research focus is on multi-robot systems, active perception and cooperative active SLAM. He is currently involved in the Aerial Outdoor Motion Capture (AirCap) project at the Max Planck Institute in Tübingen, Germany, under the supervision of Aamir Ahmad.
