Biography

A former Teacher of the Year, Social Studies Teacher of the Year, High-Impact Teacher, and Florida Best and Brightest Teaching Scholarship winner, Janay Johns Turner spent fourteen years teaching general and advanced content to students in a Title One high school. During her teaching tenure, she earned her doctorate at University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
