Possui Graduação em Ciências Biológicas pela Faculdade de Ciências e Letras da Universidade Estadual Paulista - FCL/UNESP - Assis - SP (2001), Mestrado em Ciências Biológicas (Microbiologia Aplicada) pelo Instituto de Biociências da Universidade Estadual Paulista - IB/UNESP - Rio Claro - SP (2004), Doutorado em Ciências Biológicas (Microbiologia Aplicada) pelo Instituto de Biociências da Universidade Estadual Paulista - IB/UNESP - Rio Claro - SP (2007), Pós-Doutorado pelo Departamento de Química e Ciências Ambientais do Instituto de Biociências, Letras e Ciências Exatas da Universidade Estadual Paulista - IBILCE/UNESP - São José do Rio Preto - SP (2008 - 2009). Atualmente é Professor Associado da Faculdade de Ciências Biológicas e Ambientais da Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados - FCBA/UFGD - Dourados - MS. Tem experiência nas áreas de Microbiologia e Enzimologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Produção, purificação e caracterização de enzimas microbianas.
