Biography
I am a geologist with expertise in integrating geological and geophysical datasets to build static geological models for basin analysis that take into account structural geology, sedimentology, and stratigraphy. Part of this expertise is observed in my Ph.D. research at Cergy-Paris Université (Paris Region), which is focused on the tectonostratigraphic evolution of the NE South China Sea Margin. I also bring five years of experience collaborating with PETROBRAS and Brazilian academic institutions, where I managed, synthesized, and interpreted diverse datasets in software like Petrel and ArcGIS. My work contributes, by using methodologies such as seismic interpretation, petrophysical analysis, and sequence stratigraphy, to the overall understanding of basin evolution, source-to-sink evaluation, reservoir characterization, and lithological heterogeneities. I am also an active science communicator with multiple peer-reviewed publications, international collaborations, and experience mentoring and teaching geology students. Linguistically, I am fluent in both English and French. Portuguese is my native language.
