Biography

Waldemar Susek is a graduate of the Military University of Technology. In 1988, as a lieutenant MSc. electronics is directed to serve in the military units of the Air Force and Air Defense. In 1995 he returned to the Military University of Technology and starts working as an assistant at the Institute of Radioelectronics, Faculty of Electronics. In 2005 he receives a Ph.D degree in the field of telecommunications and microwave engineering specialties. In 2014 he publishes a monograph “Interference and noise signals microwave radioelectronics and receives a D.Sc degree in the field of telecommunications. He is currently working at the Institute of Radioelectronics, Faculty of Electronics, Military University of Technology as an associate professor. For 7 years he has been the Manager of the Microwave Division. He is a lecturer, among others, such items as: microwave technology, techniques signals reception, radar receivers, digital television receivers. His activity area is a microwave radiometry and thermography in medical and military, active microwave components and techniques and technologies used radar noise in Through-the-wall detection as well as broadband microwave micro-Doppler detectors.
