Created innovative solutions for Genomics Analysis through GenomicsDB (opensource) for Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and sped up Genomics Analysis Tool Kit (GATK) used worldwide.

Focused on Health and AI, bringing data science and engineering through dātma (2016- Jun 2024) for molecular and precision medicine for better patient outcome and Tio companies(2022-now) for maternal drug safety and reproductive toxicology.

Recently founded (Jul 2024) Causalit LLC focused on making edge system and machines reason and act with its data and environment in a causal way.
