Biography

PhD and MA in Migration Studies, University of Sussex, UK. Diana has a multidisciplinary background and fieldwork research experience in mobility-related issues. Her three main areas of interest are human (im)mobilities - including transnational family life and gender relations; migrant transfers – particularly social and material remittances -, and food in contexts of migrancy – including sensuous methodologies; particularly in the context of Latin American migrations to Europe and the US.
