Biography

Rosmawati received her PhD degree in TESOL education from the University of Sydney in 2017. Her main research interest includes second language acquisition and the application of Dynamic Systems Theory to second language development. Her current project investigates the longitudinal development of second language academic writing.

Rosmawati completed her M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the South China University of Technology in 2010. After the completion of her study in China, she returned to her home country, Indonesia, and worked as a lecturer before coming to Australia for her PhD study in 2012 for which she was awarded the Endeavour Prime-Minister's Australia Asia Award.
