Biography
Doctoral researcher at the Universität Bielefeld, member of the Research Training Group "Cross-border Labour Markets", funded by the "Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft" (German Research Foundation). Member of the Institute for World Society Studies.
She holds a Master in Sociolgy from the Bielefeld University (2024). She also holds a bachelor's degree in Social Science (2021) and one in Human Science (2018), both granted by the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. From 2019-2021 she was a CNPq (Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development) scientific initiation scholarship holder in the project "Studies of the judicialization of gender violence and dissemination of alternative practices in a comparative perspective between Brazil and Argentina", coordinated by LEVIS/UFSC. In 2019, she was a member of the editorial team of the electronic academic journal CSOnline, of the Postgraduate Programme in Social Sciences/UFJF.
Outside academia, she worked in NGOs and civil society organisations with research, advocacy, event organisation, campaigning and fundraising.
Research interests: gender studies, feminist theory, migration studies, transnationalism and decolonial studies.
