Biography

Wannes De Man is a Project Manager at EURICE Gmbd. He did his PhD in bioscience engineering at KU Leuven, after he graduated as a bioscience engineer in 2017 at the same university. His main interests are in agricultural and food sciences. Central to his PhD research was the determination of the structure and properties of arabinoxylan in high dietary fiber wheat lines, and the relationship thereof with their influence on flour processing quality for bread making. As a Project Manager, Wannes is involved in projects related to agricultural and food systems.
