Biography

Dr. Nicole Woods is an Education Scientist at The Wilson Centre, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, the University of Toronto at University Health Network. She is currently Director of The Insitute for Education Research (TIER) at UHN.

Her research program focuses on the mental representation of categories, the development of expertise and instructional design that supports cognitive integration of basic and clinical sciences. Dr. Woods has received international recognition for her work across the health professions.
