Biography
Lucas Monzani is a Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Resources, an Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, and a clinical psychologist. He is an expert in the assessment of executive potential and Leadership development in Organizations.
As professional, he collaborated with several consultancy firms as an expert in Leadership & Coaching, Recruitment, E-learning and Training. In the public sector, he contributed to several leadership projects within the United Nation's Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO).
Currently, Dr. Monzani is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Ivey Business School (Western University, Canada). Before, he served as Lecturer in Leadership at the Postgraduate School of Management at Plymouth University.
Moreover, Lucas Monzani is the associate researcher at the Center for Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the Goethe University, and researcher at the Institute for Organizational Development and Quality of Work Life (IDOCAL) of the University of Valencia.
His research interests focus on advanced concepts in Organizational Behavior, such as new forms of Leadership, Distributed Adaptive Teams, and bridging Leadership studies with Neuropsychology.
