Biography

I teach English Literature and Disability studies at the HSS faculty, IIT Madras. After earning a PhD in English from Cambridge, I joined CSDS, Delhi where I conducted research on autobiography and Disability Studies.
I am passionate about teaching. I believe in ernest that teaching is the place where one's moral politics is tested. In addition to authoring a dozen peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, I have conductedresearch projects with my colleagues either as a principal investigator or co-investigator. With Dr Sona Kazemi, I co-edit global edition of the journal Review of Disability Studies.
